Guided surgery is a virtual, computer-assisted planning system that improves the reliability and accuracy of implant treatments and enables the execution of implant treatment plans based on 3D jaw modeling.
The planning of implant-supported rehabilitation treatments is a key step in the success of implantology. Our dentists have been practicing computer-assisted implant surgery for many years.
Computer-assisted implantology is performed using a computerized tomography (CBCT Scan) of the patient’s maxilla and mandible. This Scan constitutes an exact replica of the patient’s bone architecture in 3D images and according to which we develop the plans and specifications for the surgery.
Thanks to this advanced technology, the dental surgeon can establish the diagnosis with great precision and plan his cases in 3D (dimensions) of space even before performing the surgical procedure.
It is a virtual, computer-assisted planning protocol that improves the reliability and accuracy of implant treatments and enables the execution of implant treatment plans based on 3D jaw modeling.
The dental surgeon will use these surgical guides to operate in a safer, more precise, predictable and minimally invasive manner.
Crowns on implants or prostheses on implants are then installed with meticulous attention to the balancing of the occlusion and to achieve high aesthetic results
We have been practicing guided surgery for more than 20 years. At our implantology clinic, you will have access to state-of-the-art implant treatments. This procedure is less invasive and traumatising for the patient. It is now possible to position implants with ideal emergence profile
