Scan<\/strong><\/em><strong>)<\/strong><\/p><p>Nous utilisons un appareil d\u2019imagerie 3D, le\u00a0<em>Carestream 9300 Select\u00a0<\/em><em>de haute technologie,\u00a0<\/em><em>afin de prendre des radiographies en 3D<\/em>.\u00a0 La radiographie en 3D est particuli\u00e8rement utile en implantologie dentaire pour recueillir des images pr\u00e9cises sur l\u2019architecture osseuse et les structures anatomiques importantes, ce qui permet un diagnostic approfondi et ainsi \u00e9tablir un plan de traitement s\u00e9curitaire pour les patients.<\/p><p><strong>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour le patient<\/strong><\/p><p>La tomographie volumique \u00e0 faisceau conique (<em>TVFC<\/em>), g\u00e9n\u00e8re un ensemble de donn\u00e9es 3D \u00e0 des doses de radiations beaucoup plus faibles que leurs homologues CT scan m\u00e9dicaux, soit des doses allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 fois moins \u00e9lev\u00e9es. \u00a0En effet, \u00a0la\u00a0<em>\u00a0<\/em>tomographie volumique \u00e0 faisceau conique\u00a0<em>(TVFC)\u00a0<\/em>repr\u00e9sente la derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019appareils d&rsquo;imagerie m\u00e9dicale. Lors d&rsquo;un scan TVFC, le scanneur tourne autour de la t\u00eate du patient, pour obtenir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 600 images distinctes. Le logiciel de num\u00e9risation recueille et transforme les donn\u00e9es en donn\u00e9es anatomiques de trois dimensions qui peuvent ensuite \u00eatre manipul\u00e9es et visualis\u00e9es avec l\u2019aide d\u2019un logiciel sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. Nous utilisons ces images de haute pr\u00e9cision pour planifier les cas et pour la chirurgie guid\u00e9e par ordinateur, rendant ainsi les traitements plus confortables pour les patients.<\/p><p><strong>Pourquoi utiliser l\u2019imagerie 3D?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Le diagnostic et la planification de traitements<\/strong><\/p><p>L\u2019imagerie 3D est utilis\u00e9e dans les diverses sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s dentaires\u00a0telles que,\u00a0la chirurgie maxillo-faciale, l&rsquo;implantologie, l\u2019orthodontie, l\u2019endodontie, la parodontie, ainsi que pour le d\u00e9pistage de pathologies\u00a0buccales.<\/p><p><strong>Implantologie<\/strong>: de meilleures images sur le statut osseux\u00a0; l\u2019emplacement du nerf mandibulaire, la sant\u00e9 des sinus, etc.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Chirurgie buccale<\/strong>\u00a0: tel que, la pr\u00e9sence de dents incluses et leur orientation, le diagnostic de pathologies buccales.<\/p><p><strong>Orthodontie<\/strong>: Tel que, l\u2019exploration volum\u00e9trique, les articulations temporo-mandibulaires (ATM).<\/p><p><strong>Endodontie<\/strong>: Visualisation des canaux en 3D et l\u2019\u00e9tat des dents.<\/p><p><strong>Parodontie<\/strong>: le bilan p\u00e9ri-implantaire, l\u2019\u00e9tat des tissus mous et leur morphologie, etc.<\/p><p>La prise de radiographies num\u00e9riques est rapide et pr\u00e9cise. Pour le patient, la plus grande sensibilit\u00e9 des capteurs signifie une exposition r\u00e9duite aux radiations.<\/p><p>Les radiographies sont orient\u00e9es \u00e9lectroniquement au moyen d\u2019un capteur et peuvent \u00eatre visionn\u00e9es instantan\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran de l\u2019ordinateur.
