En effet la fibrine emmagasine les facteurs de croissance qui augmentent significativement la cicatrisation.<\/p><p>Le Dr Joseph Choukroun, m\u00e9decin anesth\u00e9siste \u00e0 Nice, a imagin\u00e9 cette th\u00e9rapeutique m\u00e9dicale et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 ses applications en dentisterie r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es.<\/p><p>On r\u00e9colte le PRF \u00e0 partir d\u2019un petit \u00e9chantillon sanguin pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 chez le patient. Le plasma de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon est concentr\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une technique de centrifugation que l\u2019on effectue, ici-m\u00eame \u00e0 le Centre dentaire
